Hilton Garden Inn El Paso Airport, El Paso

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms, despite being close to the freeway, were clean, well-kept, cozy, and very comfortable. The service, from sales to the restaurant, was a bit lacking in friendliness but the other staff members were friendly and professional. The location was convenient for accessing the city, though being next to a refinery tank farm wasn't ideal. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good free breakfast. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, but we had to deal with the inconvenience of an out-of-order elevator throughout our visit. The service was exceptional, especially Elizabeth at the front desk, always ready to assist with a smile. The location had its ups and downs, being close to the airport but unfortunately right next to a not-so-pleasant refinery tank farm view. The dining options were good, with healthy choices available, but with limited southwestern offerings. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the out-of-order elevator made my stay inconvenient. On the bright side, the hotel was spotless and well-stocked, with only a minor issue of water spilling outside the shower area.
